By placing an order on the Woo’s Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as and when required. Any changes will be updated on this website and become effective as soon as they appear online. You should review the Terms and Conditions each time you access the website.

ONLINE ORDERS:
Woo’s reserves the right to reject your order. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, (a) The unavailability of an item or an error or change in the price displayed on the Site. (b) Your order will only come into existence when confirmed by email that Woo’s has accepted your order with a confirmed receipt of your payment. (c) Woo’s does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment by email. However if an order has not been processed for delivery, change, additions or cancellations may still be possible. Woo’s will confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an email. (d) If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. You will not incur any fee for this process. (e) If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed. You will not incur any fee for this process and your payment will not be processed. (f) It is possible colours of goods may slightly vary from original website. (g) Woo’s does not accept orders for delivery outside mainland Australia.

PRICE:
All prices include GST at the current rate within Australia and are subject to change without notice. Prices for ordered goods are fixed once your order has been placed. All orders are subject to packing /delivery charges and you agree to pay the appropriate packing/delivery charges specified.

CANCELLATIONS:
Strictly no cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.

POSTAGE:

Orders processed through the site are dispatched twice a week, on a Tuesday and Friday. We do not accept orders for delivery outside mainland Australia or Tasmania. A processing time of 1-2 business days applies to all orders made within Australia. There will be no international orders. (b) Orders are only delivered to your nominated address Monday to Friday between business hours. (c) All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Woo's when you place an order through the Site. (d) All orders for delivery within Australia are sent via Express method of post with Australia Post. Delivery within Australia generally takes 1-3 days after processing. (e) If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us via email.

RETURNS POLICY:

a) Faulty goods

All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery. However if you do receive faulty goods please contact us immediately via email to organise a return. We will only accept faulty goods returned in the original condition as set out below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.

b) Conditions on Returns

(i) The goods are received by Woo’s within seven days from the date the goods were dispatched to you (ii) The original receipt is returned (iii) The original tags have not been removed (iv) The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damage (v) In the case of faulty goods, there has been no attempt to repair the goods. Faulty goods will need to be assessed by staff and/or the manufacturer.

c) Change of Mind

Woo's will not exchange, credit or reimburse for Change of Mind. However if you find your purchase is not suitable due to size, fit, shape or colour we will only accept goods returned in the original condition as set out below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by you.
